Password/account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. Living Lights and its subsidiaries shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.

 

Use of this Website from outside the UK
Except where otherwise specified on this Website, the materials on this Website are displayed solely for the purposes of promoting Living Lights Ltd's products and services available in the UK.  We currently do not delivery outside of the United Kingdom.

 


Delivery (including delivery charges and timescales)
Delivery is currently 10 working days at £9.99, with order over £25 being free of charge.

We only deliver to the United Kingdom and no International addresses can be entered. 

All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.


Please note you are required to examine your Goods at point of delivery and sign 'received in good condition'. If the package is damaged please sign delivery paperwork 'accepted package damaged' or if you so wish, refuse the delivery. Please always check your goods on delivery or if not given time please sign for as unexamined. If the packaging is damaged please sign accepted package damaged. If not satisfied please refuse the delivery, however if you have signed received in good condition we will subsequently not refund or pay for collection of goods.

 

If you require re-delivery, Living Lights Ltd reserve the right to charge these additional shipping costs. Should you wish to cancel the order at this point, Living Lights Ltd reserve the right to deduct from any refund the cost of the initial delivery charge plus extraneous costs incurred as a result of the Goods being returned to Living Lights.

 

In the UK, delivery charge refunds can only be made in accordance with your legal rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and other applicable legislation. Similar rights may apply for some international deliveries. For further information about your legal rights contact your local authority Trading Standards department or consumer advice centre (for example the Citizen’s Advice Bureau for UK customers).

 


Delays
Occasionally, the supply of your product(s) or service(s) may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control – for example, material shortages, extreme weather, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. Where this is the case, we will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.

Refund Policy 

Please choose your goods carefully, items purchased within 28 days which are unwanted or no longer required, can only be exchanged for other goods, or any refunds will be subject to a 25% handling charge. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
